Warehouse Pickup Information
Customer collections and returns are available from our Mittagong warehouse for eligible hire orders. All pickup and return times must be confirmed before arrival.

Before arriving for your collection
Bring a suitable vehicle, protective blankets, straps and enough assistance to safely load your order. Photo identification and payment may also be required before items are released.

Do I need an appointment to visit the showroom?
Are the warehouse and showroom hours the same?
Can I collect my order without an appointment?
No. Collection and return times must be confirmed by your sales representative before arrival so your order can be prepared.
what information should I include in my enquiry?
Include your event date, location, guest numbers, products, quantities and delivery or collection requirements.
It would also be helpful to include access details, stairs and images of the site if hiring a marquee to speed up the quote with process.
