Can I fit a marquee in my backyard?
In most cases, yes! Our framed marquees are modular, meaning we can adjust the length to suit your available space. During a site visit, we can measure your yard and suggest the best configuration to maximize your area.
How many people can fit in a standard party marquee?
This depends on your style. For a standing cocktail party, you can fit more guests than a sit-down dinner. As a guide, a 10m x 10m marquee comfortably fits approximately 100 people for cocktails or 60-70 for a seated meal with a dance floor.
Do you provide heaters for winter parties?
Yes. We offer outdoor gas heaters that are designed to keep your guests warm during those chilly Canberra or Southern Highlands nights.
Can I hire just the furniture without a marquee?
Absolutely. While we are marquee specialists, we also provide standalone hire for our any of our hire products including Tiffany Chairs, Bentwood Chairs, and Rustic Slat Tables for indoor venues or existing structures.
How long is the standard hire period for a weekend party?
Typically, we install your marquee on a Thursday or Friday and collect it on the following Monday. This gives you plenty of time to add your own personal styling, set the tables, and host your celebration without feeling rushed. If you need a specific “bump-in” or “bump-out” time to accommodate a venue or council park, just let us know.
Can we hang decorations, floral installations, or disco balls from the marquee frame?
Yes! One of the biggest advantages of our framed marquees is their structural strength. Unlike lightweight pop-up tents, our frames can safely support hanging floral installations, heavy chandeliers, or disco balls. We simply ask that you discuss your decorating plans with us during the booking phase so we can ensure everything is hung safely.
Do you handle the delivery and installation?
Yes, our team manages the entire process. We handle the delivery, full installation, and the final pack-down of the marquee structure after your event. We typically coordinate with you to set up a day or two before the event, giving you plenty of time for set up and styling.
